- ●当館は一棟貸の施設の為、スタッフは常駐しておりません。
- ●当館は古民家を改装した宿の為、バリアフリーではありません。
土間から室内の間に段差がありますのでご注意下さい。
また露天風呂は山の上にある為、少し長い階段を登り向かいます。予めご承知ください。 - ●ご宿泊中、特に夜及び早朝は、近隣住民へのご配慮として露天風呂・屋外での大きな音出しをご遠慮いただけますようお願い致します。
また露天風呂のご利用は22時半までとさせていただきます。 - ●ペットを伴うご利用はご遠慮いただいております。
- ●当館は自然の中に立地しており、最大限の対策を行いますが、古民家の特性上、虫類の侵入を完全に防ぐことできません。
予めご理解の上ご利用くださいますようお願いいたします。 - ●当館は全面禁煙です。
- ●小さなお子様は目を離さず、大人の方が常に付き添ってあげてください。
- ●This residence is a one-building rental facility, so no staff reside.
- ●This residence is not barrier-free style because this is a renovated old private house. Please watch your step, there is a step between the Doma(An earthen floor) and the inside rooms. Also, the Open-air bath is located on the top of the hill, so you must go up a little long distance stairs. Please watch your step on the way to the Open-air bath.
- ●In the evenings and early mornings, please refrain from making loud noises outdoors as a consideration for neighboring residents. In addition, please don't take the Open-air bath after 10:30pm.
- ●Please refrain from visiting with your pets.
- ●This residence is surrounded by a lot of nature. Even if we have taken the utmost measures, it is impossible to prevent that insect getting in completely due to the features of the old house. Thank you for your understanding.
- ●This residence is completely non-smoking.
- ●Please keep your eyes against small children. Adults must always be accompanied.

悪臭又は騒音を発するもの / 火薬、揮発油その他発火、引火性のもの / 法により所持を許可されていない銃砲、刀剣、覚醒剤の類 / その他当館が危険と判断するもの
● 下記行為は禁止とさせていただきます。
- ・当館近隣住民宅への立入
- ・当館が定めたエリア以外での火気の使用。
- ・振動、異臭など周囲に迷惑となる行為。
- ・深夜早朝の大きな音出し。
- ・指定駐車場以外での自動車、バイク、自転車などの路上駐車。
- ・未成年や車両を運転する者の飲酒またはそれを勧める行為。
- ・暴力団等反社会的勢力またはこれに準ずる者の使用、宗教団体などの勧誘行為、公序良俗に反する行為。
- ・施設内及び敷地内で当館の許可なく広告物の配布や物品の販売を行う行為。
- ・客室内での賭博及び風紀を乱すようなこと。そのほか他人に嫌悪感を与えたり、迷惑をかけたりする行為。
- ・宿泊客以外の来訪客を宿泊させる行為。
- ・客室内の諸物品を施設の外に持ち出したり、施設内の他の場所に移動したりする行為。
- ・施設の建築物や諸設備を破損させる行為。
- ・施設の建築物や諸設備に異物を取り付けたり、現状を変更するような加工をする行為。
- ・動物、鳥類、ペットの類のお持ち込み（盲導犬、聴導犬などを除く）。
- ・その他当館が望ましくないと認める行為。
●貴重品・忘れ物のお取扱いについて
館内に金庫をご用意しております。ご自由にお使いください。
但し、万一金庫のご使用中に、滅失、紛失などが発生した場合でも、当旅館では賠償いたしかねますのでご了承ください。
またお忘れ物・遺失物は特にご指定のない限り、法令に基づいてお取扱いさせていただきます。

- ・Giving the minors or those who drive a vehicle alcohol.
- ・The stay of antisocial forces(such as gangsters). Solicitation by religious groups.
Conducts which are contrary to public order or morality. - ・Distribution of advertisements and sale of goods without permission on the premises.
- ・Gambling in the facility and other things that disturb the morals. Annoying conducts that give disgust to others.
- ・Accommodating visitors other than the paid guests.
- ・Taking various items in the room to out of the facility or another location in the facility.
- ・Damaging to the building or equipment of the facility.
- ・Attaching foreign matter to the building or equipment of the facility.
And, remodeling that changes the current shape. - ・Bringing in animals, pets (excluding assistance animals.)
- ・Other conducts that we deem unsuitable.
●Handling of valuables and lost items
There is a safety box, please feel free to use it. However, please note that we will not be able to compensate for any of your lost items while you use the safety box. Unless otherwise specified, we handle lost and found items in accordance with the law.

20日前のキャンセルの場合：宿泊料金の30％のキャンセル料
14日前のキャンセルの場合：宿泊料金の50％のキャンセル料
